Context

Local businesses live or die by their online presence, but most owners can't afford designers or agencies, and generic link-in-bio tools ignore their real jobs-to-be-done.

The problem

Design a tool a busy shop owner can set up in minutes that still produces a presence that looks professionally made.

What I did

  1. Studied how local businesses in Indonesia actually present themselves online: WhatsApp-first, Instagram-heavy, low patience for setup.
  2. Designed opinionated templates with smart defaults instead of open-ended editors.
  3. Used AI assistance to generate copy and structure suggestions from minimal input.
  4. Built and launched solo on an AI-powered development workflow. Weeks to live, not months.
