NabatiSimplifying a Complex Enterprise R&D Platform

I led a major UX redesign of a complex enterprise R&D application for a global FMCG manufacturer, engaged through Skyshi. The work reduced interface complexity by over 30%.

Alongside the redesign, I designed the AI-integration experience for the R&D platform.

Design decisions were validated before development rather than after it: I built interactive coded prototypes in React and Next.js that simulated the finished product, so the team could try the thing itself instead of reading a spec of it.
